I pride myself on creating quality, low fat, healthy meals. Please let me know if you have any special dietary requirements or allergies when you place your order. As I freshly prepare every meal, please allow me enough time to cook it for you. Why not order before you enter the gym and I’ll have it ready for you when you finishing training!
There is a daily special in the gym everyday. £1 from each of these specials goes to ‘Help for Heroes’.
